This class provides important childbirth information provided
by friendly knowledgeable Instructors and Nurses from St. Mary's OB Unit.

Topics covered:

Birth planning

Progression of Labor and Pushing

Lamaze Breathing and Relaxation Techniques

Care of Mom and Adjustment to Newborn

Tour of Obstetrics Wing

Classes are held for five weeks from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Healthcare Center. The cost is $40.00, scholarships are available.
