Pregnancy and Childbirth Class

This class provides important childbirth information provided
by friendly knowledgeable Instructors and Nurses from St. Mary's OB Unit.

Topics covered:

  •  Birth planning

  •  Progression of Labor and Pushing

  •      Lamaze Breathing and Relaxation Techniques

  •  Care of Mom and Adjustment to Newborn

  •  Tour of Obstetrics Wing

Classes are held for five weeks  from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Healthcare Center.  The cost is $40.00, scholarships are available.
